Important Practicalities for tomorrow
8th November
Restricted access to the club on the day:
This event involves considerable planning and set up – so of course there will be some disruption to the club during the day. We apologise for any inconvenience.
PLEASE NOTE:
There is
NO VEHICULAR ACCESS
to the club for members
AT ALL
on Saturday 8th November.
There is cycle access – but the BIKE RACKS WILL BE CLEARED AT 3PM – if you arrive to play by bike after that please put your bike IN the lower pavilion.
ALL Sports facilities will be
CLOSED FROM 4PM
, without exception. Please do not attempt to play any sport after this time.
The club will be a hive of activity with preparations throughout the day, as we expect around 9000 attendees - so we appreciate your patience.
Finally, thanks to all of you who have volunteered to help on the night - you are a vital part of creating a successful event, and your help is much appreciated. See you there!
We look forward to seeing you on the night!!
Do not try and attend to watch without a ticket: There are NO tickets available on the night or on the gate.
