DSC: Are you being beaten by your opponent or the ball?

Happy New Year!

Even in the winter, the World Squash Federation expects club player standard balls to achieve a working temperature of up to 45°C that’s a warm ball!

So, if your double-dot goes cold between two-shot rallies, feels like it is putty and dies after the first bounce, then don’t be a victim of “squash ball snobbery” - switch to the right ball for the winter temperatures.

Playing with a “bouncier” ball will make the game easier to play, more entertaining , make you move around the court more , as well as put less stress on your body and improve your all-round game!

To encourage you to try a Dunlop single yellow dot ball , we are selling these balls to DSC club members at 10% discount - just £2.70! They will be available at the bar, as usual.

Look out for wall posters in the club reminding you of the proposal.

Enjoy your winter squash and make the most out of every game!

Best wishes,

Nikhil Roy

DSC Club President

Note: Offer open until the end of March 2026 and subject to availability. Balls cannot be resold.
