DSC - Car Park Closure From Monday 12th Aug

Dear Squash Members,

In case you missed the all club email, a reminder that the club car park will be closed from Monday 12th August for at least 2 weeks.
You can still arrive by foot or bike, and we encourage you to use the Turney Rd entrance – the gate code is:
1242

We will keep you informed during the works if there are times or days when some parking will be possible – but in the meantime, please do not drive to the club. There will also be no drop off area within the club.

Please do not drive and then try to park in our neighbouring streets, as there are very few spaces available there, and some parking restrictions. This is an ideal opportunity to try out your alternative means of getting to the club, as we encourage reduction of car use where possible for the future.

Members holding a Blue Badge (for parking for people with disabilities) should contact Greg Wallyn when you wish to come to the club during this time, as we will be able to make an arrangement for you. Gregwallyn@aol.com

The closure is temporary and is due to the essential work to replace the car park wall. It is not related directly to our Development Plan.

REMEMBER - DO NOT COME TO CLUB BY CAR FROM MONDAY 12TH AUGUST until further notice* Please ensure that any guests and visiting teams are aware of this.

* please look out for more information during the works

Sorry for the temporary inconvenience - but the end result will be a great improvement to the appearance of the club and the car park.

Thanks!

DSC
