DSC Important changes to monthly membership payments

Dear Squash Member

For the start of the new season on 1st October, membership subscriptions will be collected either by an annual payment using Stripe or via a monthly Direct Debit using GoCardless.

If you currently pay monthly via PayPal (Direct Debit) or standing order with your bank, please be sure to cancel these instructions AFTER your September payment -- BUT NOT BEFORE!

You will need to cancel your monthly payments directly with your bank, you should find these as "Direct Debits" or "Standing Orders" within your online banking, depending on how you're currently paying.

As new Direct Debits take 4 working days from submission to collection, we will send the links to set-up new Direct Debits on 25 September, but not before, to ensure your subscriptions are only collected from October onwards.

We will soon be sending you links to make annual payments for the entire year ending September 2025, you can, of course, pay in full for the year as soon as you receive those links.

In either case, please note all subscriptions are due by 1 October.

Monthly payments will only be permitted by GoCardless (Direct Debit) from October onwards.

Sincerely

Your Squash Committee
